在马来西亚，每7个人就有1人患上慢性肾病。
一旦进入末期肾衰竭，病患必须每周3次透析，每次4小时，才能维持生命。
👉 但现实是：
• 很多人收入微薄，却要面对每月 数千令吉的透析费用。
• 旧机器常常出故障，病人躺在椅子上焦急等待。
• 有些家庭甚至要在 “孩子学费” 和 “父母透析” 之间艰难抉择。
对他们而言，透析不是选择，而是活着的必需品。

In Malaysia, 1 in 7 people suffer from chronic kidney disease. Many end-stage patients need 3 dialysis sessions a week, 4 hours each — but high costs, old machines, and tough family choices make survival harder.
